Selection Method

From application to recruitment, C4S provides clear and transparent feedback at every stage. Here's a snapshot:

• Apply online here or send your CV to careers@c4s.be. Mention the role or profile you're targeting and preferred employment type. We'll contact you shortly to schedule an initial interview.
• Next is the detailed interview: we'll explore your experience, goals, and fit. We'll present C4S culture, values, and workflow.
• Feedback: We assess mutual fit and agree on the collaboration. Depending on your employment preference, the process continues accordingly.
• C4S proposes one or more vacancies aligned with your profile.
• For client-assignment roles, we coordinate interviews and provide debriefing and support. We also manage contract negotiation.
• Follow-up: Once you start, we remain your partner, offering support and coaching whenever needed.
