Selection method

From application, interview to recuitment, C4S will give you a clear and transparent feedback at every stage of the selection procedure. The selection steps in a nutshel.

  • Apply online here or send your cv to careers@c4s.be . Mention clearly for which job or wich profile you’re applying for. Indicate which employment type you prefer. We will contact you asap to get to know you and schedule an interview.
  •  The next step will be the detail interview where the focus lays on what you are looking for, your experience, how you see you’re developement, you’re future career (from short term to long term). From our side we will explain what C4S stands for, how we work, what our company culture is.
  • Feedback: This step determines if C4S and the candidate match and agree to work together to build a great relationship. If ok, the next steps depend on the employment type the candidate prefers.
  • C4S will propose one or more vacancies to the candidate.
  • For client assignement related jobs, we will arrange the meetings for you. You will receive feedback from us after every interview. C4S will take care of the contract negotiations.
  • Follow-Up. You are starting a new chapter in you’re career. No matter of the employment type you have with C4S, we will give you the full support and coach you whenever needed.
